Days 4, 5 and 6.


Marchathon update.  So far I’ve scored 5/6. 

Friday I went to BMF.  It was a nice class with the lovely Matt and we did lots of jumping lunges, which seemed quite innocent at the time.  However, the next day I had a very sore ass  extreamly sore glute muscles!  I therefore didn’t run the next day in the morning putting it off until the afternoon.  However that was scupered by visitors and then it being dark and wine o’clock. Oops! I did do pennance of 10 very bad pressups and 10 even worse situps to attone for not running.

Sunday arrived.   I caught up with the day around midday so by the time I’d eaten and got the everything organised it was after lunch before I went out for my run. 

8.49 miles   time 1.19.21

  5. Well done on Marchathon so far, great totals so far. Those BMF classes sound pretty full on to me…no pain, no gain and all that I guess though! 🙂
