Happy Friday.

Juneathon Day 17. A good day.

A great BMF class today. We started by doing cartwheels in the warm up which got us all into the right sort of Friday mood!

Good group of BMFers, great instructor and it wasn’t raining. We were worked quite hard but had plenty of motivation today. (Can’t let your team mates down in shuttle sprints when they’ve got the lead!) Felt remarkably good all the way through (perhaps it is all in the mind) and my legs kept going although I needed a very large latte with sugar in afterwards!

1 hour BMF class.

Blogging from my phone on the IOW ferry and battery is dying fast. So that’s all folks!

  1. Sailing in a dingy from Portsmouth to the IOW is a very good memory have a nice trip.

  2. But…but…you’re Spartans! Surely Spartans don’t cartwheel?

  3. Are you able to do Juneathon in more than one country???

  4. Sounds like you had a great BMF class and you managed to avoid the rain, perfect 🙂

  5. Gosh, cartwheels! Haven’t done one of those in years!! 🙂

  6. our shared favourite instructor LOL, hope he does not make us do cartwheels tomorrow, I never even managed them when I was at school!
