Juneathon Day 17. A good day.
A great BMF class today. We started by doing cartwheels in the warm up which got us all into the right sort of Friday mood!
Good group of BMFers, great instructor and it wasn’t raining. We were worked quite hard but had plenty of motivation today. (Can’t let your team mates down in shuttle sprints when they’ve got the lead!) Felt remarkably good all the way through (perhaps it is all in the mind) and my legs kept going although I needed a very large latte with sugar in afterwards!
1 hour BMF class.
Blogging from my phone on the IOW ferry and battery is dying fast. So that’s all folks!

But…but…you’re Spartans! Surely Spartans don’t cartwheel?
