Hot hot hot!

Juneathon Day 27.

Hot at BMF today, not that I’m complaining (too much) because that might have been our entire summer! Also it’s not too long ago that we were all winging and whining about doing BMF in the cold and snow. We just can’t win really! Anyway at least in this mornings class we tried to keep under the shade of the trees and much of the class was static resistance exercises rather than frantic running and sprinting especially as the temp in the shade was showing 30 degrees at 10am.

I decided to postpone plans to run again this evening to attack those 16 miles I need to run to reach 100 until tomorrow when hopefully it might be a little cooler.

1 hour BMF class.

  1. Were you the only one at BMF or have the other characters gone on strike!!
Today was a scorcher. I was going to run back from Hyde P but decided that the cool breeze on my Boris Bike was better (and also about twice as fast!!)

  2. Only 16 more miles… right, positive mental attitude! You can do it, you will do it! Only 3 to go…

  3. That figure is you!!!!! Good luck on the 100 mile target – just think of the picnic!

  4. Brave to do BMF in that heat

  5. It’s amazing how much difference the shade of a tree makes!

  6. Love the lego pic. Very well done for doing your BMF class in the scorcher of a day that yesterday was! 🙂
