Day 16 of Janathon done so we are now officially over the hill and on the downward slope towards the end of the month! 16 days run, 66 miles and after my long run yesterday I was feeling a bit over the hill and weary today!
I was very tempted to snooze quietly in front of the telly my work all day. However, I told myself I’m made of tougher stuff and had to do something however tired I was. Following the course of least resistance I wound myself up and went to BMF where the motivation comes free and I couldn’t slack off and come home after 5 minutes.
Ouch. It was a tough class, even in remote control. I did manage to put in a decent effort, apart from not sprinting the sprints, (my poor achy legs) and survived the hour…. just. Zzzzz.
1 hour BMF class, about 2.5 miles.

well done on getting out to BMF…I wimped it and did the gym today rather than brave the cold outdoors
