Thank goodness it’s Friday, and it’s nearly over.
Seven days exercise, a work deadline today, one son home this morning, the other this afternoon (bloody exams, can’t they stay at school all day like they’re supposed to?), two different lunch times, 3 different dinner times (their social lives, not mine) and I’m finally chilling with a glass of wine and thinking I might make it to the shower and out of my gym kit before bed! I plan to go to parkrun tomorrow morning so maybe I can postpone the shower? Eww! In the meantime I’m drinking lots of water with the wine.
Before all this I went to BMF this morning. I did slide down to an easier group for a slower pace after running club last night but I still did my burpees (bum to heels) and squats (bum below knees) and press ups properly.
