running blog

Juneathon days 25 and 26 were all about aching arms and shoulders.

On Tuesday I did the exercises to cause the aches and on Wednesday my exercise was coping with work and everyday life with the aches (although if @jogblog is reading I did help the builders clear my garden of rubbish if aching doesn’t count).

By the way the aches were caused by my PT session on Tuesday morning. Seven simple little exercises done 20, 15, 10 and 5 times each. I think it was the press up rotations that did it (press up position, rotate up onto one leg and arm, then keeping core and hips straight, continue to rotate round to put arm and leg on the ground at the other side to make a bridge and keep going back to press up position over and over.

Or maybe it was the jack press-ups?
