That’s just how I felt after being rained on during BMF this morning. It’s the 28th of June for goodness sakes! I was shivering in my wet gear as I drove home. The swans on the Serpentine were also less than impressed by the weather.
Juneathon day 28. 1 hour BMF class in the rain, about 2.5 miles of running. Nothing very exciting to report as I was taking it gently because of my achillies and calf niggles.
Excuse the poor formatting but I’m blogging from the M1 as we head north for the weekend. I’m hoping to include a bit of parkrun tourism tomorrow morning for my 5th Juneathon parkrun.

You really are hard-core! More BMF in the rain, well done, and good luck for PR tomorrow.
