Janathon day 15 and we are getting to the repeats.
Repeat washing of kit
Repeat wear of kit (to avoid the above)
Repeat run routes
Repeat blogs (and repeated brackets)
Repeat planks, squats and token press-ups
Repeat whines and whinges….
And some people have even been repeatedly running!
Today was a repeat of Monday.
I cycled to the park, did an hours BMF class and cycled home. Except I cycled there even quicker (go me!), did not die during the class, (because I hadn’t run 12 miles the day before) but pushed myself to get lots of sprints in (go me again!) (have to remember some speed work for the marathon training plan) and I didn’t stay for coffee but cycled straight home and then did some work. (More go me!).
(So it wasn’t really a repeat then.)
