I had a rest day from running today. Better to rest and have a decent run tomorrow than struggle half heartedly through BMF and rest tomorrow.
I did do the obligatory squats, press ups and a plank for Janathon day 20 but nearly forgot to write my daily blog (or just hoped no one would notice.)
But a late look at twitter before going to bed I noticed than rest days from running and short blogs were the norm today so felt too guilty not to write something.
