I did have good intentions for Janathon day 13. I was going to go for a run. Anything between 3 and 6 miles. I never quite made it.
I blame my son, on ‘study leave’ for mock GCSEs, and elder son, in upper sixth, who never appears to be at school at all these days, for the too numerous distractions today. (Like lunch). Why can’t they just be at school all day in term time between 8 and 4 ?Like the good old days (and have school dinners) when they were 6 and 8.
I did come close, twice, but was thwarted by icy showers of rain. The first time I took the car to the shop and the second my huge waterproof puffer jacket to the post box.
Maybe next time.
Janathon day 13.
Walk to post box. Lots of good intentions and a token plank.

I do like your token planks.

Running yesterday very much depended on flexibility to get out there between bouts of rubbish weather, let’s hope today is better for all of us in uk but does not look like it will be!

Icy showers of rain – well avoided I’d say, can’t imagine them being much fun to run in

Thank goodness for the token plank. It’s saved many a Janathoner.
