Sore butt!

Otherwise known as painful Glutes.

If you carry on running (however little), think it will go away with a little foam rolling and don’t rest and ice after you might have pulled something in your bum when sprinting last Friday, it will soon feel like you’ve been bitten on the butt by a lion. Fact.
