One delivery charge per order
UK delivery costs £4 per order, including VAT. There is no minimum spend or free-delivery threshold. The charge applies once to the whole order, including orders that arrive in more than one parcel. The total payable is shown before you pay.
We deliver to eligible UK addresses. Any product or postcode restriction is shown before you place your order; we do not add an undisclosed delivery supplement afterwards. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.
Dispatch and delivery
Products may be sent directly by the supplier shown on the product page, using Shopify Collective. Fair Weather Runner, operated by Fleeta Limited, is your seller and remains your contact for the order. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately.
Any dispatch estimate shown on a product page describes the expected time before the parcel is sent, not the time it arrives. We show available delivery estimates before purchase and send dispatch information when an order is fulfilled. We do not promise next-day or express delivery unless that service is expressly offered and agreed for your order.
We will deliver without unnecessary delay and within 30 days after we accept your order, unless we agree a different delivery period with you. If a problem affects delivery, we will contact you. If an agreed deadline is missed, contact us: you may be able to set an appropriate further deadline, or cancel immediately where the law allows, including where the agreed timing was essential. This does not limit your other consumer rights.
Please check the delivery address before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We remain responsible for goods until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.
Delivery help
For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, email accounts@fleeta.co.uk with your order details. You do not need to resolve the matter with the supplier or carrier yourself. Our returns, refunds and cancellation policy explains the applicable rights and return process.
