How do I check availability?
Check the current product listing for available sizes, price and product details. The checkout shows the order total before you pay. Our Field Notes help you compare kit and plan a run.
What does the shop focus on?
Running socks and small running accessories, with an emphasis on understandable fit, everyday use and clear product details. Individual listings show the available range; an article about a type of kit does not mean that item is stocked.
How should I choose a running-sock size?
Start with the size range for the exact product. Check whether it uses UK shoe sizes and whether your size falls at a boundary. Look at the stated length, cushioning and fibre composition alongside the size. If anything is unclear, ask about that item rather than assuming every brand uses the same fit.
Will a running belt fit my phone?
Measure your phone inside the case you normally use, then compare those measurements with the usable pocket dimensions. A maximum screen size alone may not answer the question. Our running-belt guide explains what else to check.
Does more technical kit mean I will run better?
No product can promise how a particular run will feel or what result you will achieve. Choose around a practical need, such as carrying a key or finding a fit you prefer. If your existing kit works for you, there is no need to replace it simply to begin running or attend a first event.
How are the guides written?
Our launch articles are researched guides to choosing and using kit. They explain practical comparison points and link to relevant primary sources. They are not hands-on product reviews; any future testing will be described in the relevant article.
Are you affiliated with parkrun?
No affiliation or endorsement is claimed. Our first-parkrun guide links to official information so readers can check registration and local arrangements directly. Event rules, routes and notices should always be checked with parkrun.
Where do orders ship from, and what does delivery cost?
UK delivery costs £4 per order including VAT, with no free-delivery threshold. Selected suppliers fulfil orders through Shopify Collective, and an order may arrive in separate parcels without extra postage. Check the product and checkout information for applicable delivery estimates and see our delivery policy. Fleeta Limited remains your retailer and contact for delivery problems.
What about returns?
You can notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Our returns, refunds and cancellation policy explains the full rights, lawful exceptions, refund timings and postal address. Prior authorisation is not required to exercise your cancellation rights.
