This address is not a walk-in shop.

These terms apply to consumer purchases from this store. Product descriptions, prices, the delivery policy and the returns, refunds and cancellation policy form part of the information for your order.

Placing an order

Choose the products and quantities, review your basket, enter your delivery details and select an available payment method at checkout. You can check and correct the order before using the button that places the order with an obligation to pay. Orders are placed in English. You can save or print these terms for your records.

We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. It records the goods ordered and the total payable. Keep that confirmation and the accompanying purchase information. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the amount due for it, without limiting any other remedy you have by law. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. UK delivery is £4 per order including VAT, with no free-delivery threshold. The order total is shown before payment. The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. No optional paid extra is added without your agreement.

A price change after you order does not change the agreed price of that order. Product photographs can be affected by screen settings; this does not remove our obligation to supply goods that match their description.

Fulfilment, cancellations and problems

Selected suppliers fulfil orders on our behalf through Shopify Collective. Fleeta Limited remains the retailer responsible for your purchase, including delivery problems and your consumer remedies. Supplier terms do not replace your rights against us.

Our delivery policy sets out the £4 charge, delivery arrangements and timing. Our returns, refunds and cancellation policy explains how to cancel, the 14-day notification period and further 14 days to return goods, return costs and your rights if goods are faulty. You can cancel using any clear statement to accounts@fleeta.co.uk or our postal address; an authorisation number is not required.

Privacy, complaints and your rights

Our privacy policy explains how we use order information and share necessary details with payment, fulfilment and delivery providers. Buying does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
